REFUND POLICY

At Cleenwalls, each piece is created and curated with care. Our policy is designed to be fair, clear, and aligned with the nature of our products.

1. Physical Prints & Canvases

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@cleenwalls.co.uk to initiate the return.

Please note:

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at info@cleenwalls.co.uk with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund—no questions asked.

3. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital files, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any issues with your file(s), please reach out, we’ll make it right.
